Shower heads perched high against the wall aren't the best for taller guests, and the door shows signs of wear due to water damage, making maneuverability a bit awkward. The flybus picks up at a nearby hotel, which left me dragging luggage uphill across ice and snow—a fun challenge but a heads-up for future travelers. Also, the laundry room, while a major selling point, is unfortunately not dependable. both the washer and dryer malfunctioned during my visit, prompting an unexpected taxi ride to a proper laundromat at an additional cost.
